Pay attention to rooms that feel different, weaker airflow, unexpected sounds or a system that struggles to keep up. Describe when the change began and whether it affects one room or the whole home when you call.
Keep a few details handy.
Record the last service date and your system model if you have it. Follow the filter and operating instructions supplied with your equipment. Leave electrical, refrigerant and internal equipment work to a qualified professional.
